Worldwide shipping is available. Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within thirty (30) days of receipt. Returns received after thirty (30) days will not be accepted. Return processes vary please see your delivery note for return instructions. 

We will exchange or apply a credit for any items that you are not satisfied with.

Only returns of non-faulty items that are in their original condition that have not been worn, altered or washed and with all original tags will be accepted. Upon receipt of any order without tags, please notify us immediately at  Hello@ourhoodcommunity.com  if you wish to return the item. We will notify you via email once your returned item goes through inspection. The results of the inspection, approval or rejection, will be included in the email.

Please note we only exchange items that are defective or damaged.
